Liability
The Ski- and Snowboard School Saas does not assume any liability for accidents occurring before, during or after lessons. It is the responsibility of course participants to avail of accident and liability insurance.
Cancellation terms
All cancellations must be made through the Ski School Office. When cancelling after your reservation has been confirmed the following costs will apply:
up to 14 days before the start of the course (excluding the start day) = free of charge
up to 3 days before the start of the course (excluding the start day) = 50% of the course costs
from 3-0 days before the start of the course (excluding the start day) = the full course costs will be charged
Refunds will only be made in the event of timely cancellation in accordance with the cancellation conditions (see below).
NEW: In the event of accident/illness or other prevention, the guest bears the costs. We recommend that you take out private travel insurance. No refunds will be made by the ski school, also not
with a doctor’s certificate.
Unused course days (due to illness or personal reasons) cannot be postponed to other days. The general cancellation conditions apply.
Credits are valid for 2 years and can be used for a further course. If a refund is requested by cash or bank transfer, then a deduction of CHF 20.- processing fee will be taken.
Lessons take place in all weathers. Weather-related restrictions, bad weather, avalanche risk, etc do not entitle to any refund, change of booking or any kind of compensation.
The use of the lifts is not included in the ski course fee. The ski school does not provide any compensation for lessons lost due to failure of the cable car and lift systems.
Group Courses
If there are fewer than 4 participants, the Swiss Ski and Snowboard School Saas reserves the right to reduce in time, merge groups or cancel courses. Changes of instructors are possible due to our flexible organization. The decision on the definitive organization will be made the day before until 17h00. The guest will only be contacted if the course needs to be CANCELLED.
Prices
All prices are given in CHF (Swiss Francs)
Methods of Payment
We accept cash payments in CHF (Swiss Francs) only. We accept TWINT, EC Direct, Postcard, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
Payment by Credit Card
Credit card payments in favour of the ski school are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland ("TREKKSOFT"). TREKKSOFT will appear as TREKKSOFT TOUR BOOKING on your credit card statement. The domain in which you enter and process your payment is owned by TREKKSOFT and is operated by TREKKSOFT. Please send an email to support(at)payyo.ch for all inquiries about your credit card payments and chargebacks.
Content of the Online Offer
The Swiss Ski and snowboard school Saas (hereinafter referred to as "author") does not accept any liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness, or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author relating to material or immaterial damage caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information are fundamentally excluded, unless the author can be shown to have acted wilfully or with gross negligence.
